KVKK Information Notice
It explains which personal data we process, for what purposes, to whom we transfer them, and your application rights within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698.
Data Controller
As Jettemiz ("Company"), we attach importance to the protection of your personal data as the data controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

- Identity information: Name, surname, Turkish ID number (for order/invoice)
- Contact information: Email, phone number, address
- Customer transaction information: Order history, payment information, cart
- Transaction security information: IP address, cookie records, session information
Purposes of Processing Personal Data
- Execution of contract processes (order, delivery, return)
- After-sales support services for goods/services
- Activities aimed at customer satisfaction
- Fulfillment of legal obligations (tax, invoice, audit)
- Communication activities
Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred to official institutions, cargo companies, payment institutions, and contracted business partners within the scope of legal obligations.
Data Subject Rights (KVKK Article 11)
Everyone whose personal data is processed;
- To learn whether personal data is processed,
- To request information if personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction if personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
- To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the law,
- To request that the correction/deletion request be notified to third parties,
- To object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
- To request compensation for damages in case of suffering damage due to unlawful processing.
